The garden of paradise, Humayun tomb New Delhi
The main tomb is situated at the center of Charbagh garden of a 30 acre. the highly geometrical octagonal building is enclosed by paradise garden is divided into four square by paved walkways and two bisecting central water channels that reflecting the four river of Jannat (paradise) as mentioned in the holly book Quran. each of four squares further divided into smaller square with pathways creating 36 squares in all.
The garden of heaven or garden of paradise is the garden which surrounds the Humayun Tomb in New Delhi India. it is named as paradise garden because it is constructed as paradise as mention in Islamic Holly book Quran. taking in mind that after the death people will go in heaven so it is constructed as heaven by a mughal architct Mirak Mirza Ghiyath.
Previously in this garden the mughal emperors and their palace members gathered there for any kind of meetings and discussions by enjoying the beauty of garden also it was the main place for meeting with other people of other realm.
As mention in Quran the river is flowing beneath the garden of paradise the water channels is flowing from inside the building and appearing from other side of the buildings.
Also it was the main gathering place of muslim people of india during partition. here i want to show you some videos and picture of that gardens.
